Privacy Policy

InstaFlow stores account details, authorized Instagram account metadata, eligible interactions, automation rules, contacts, conversations and operational logs to provide the service. Access tokens and configured secrets are encrypted at rest.

Use and retention

Data is used only to operate, secure and improve the platform. Operational log retention is configurable. Conversation history is not removed by automated log cleanup.

Your choices

You may disconnect Instagram, export leads, delete contact data or request deletion of your platform account. Contact the support address configured by the operator for privacy requests.

Third parties

Authorized actions use Meta APIs and remain subject to Meta platform terms. InstaFlow does not sell personal data.
