Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove data in four ways:

1. Open Instagram Accounts and disconnect the account. Its stored access token is removed.
2. Delete individual contacts from Contacts to remove stored Instagram interaction data for that person.
3. Request deletion of your platform account and all owned workspace data from the configured support contact.
4. Contact support with your registered email and the account username for an assisted deletion request.

Meta data-deletion callbacks can be configured at /api/instagram/data-deletion.php. A confirmation code is returned for valid callback requests.
